The Customer Service Week is usually the first week of October and is marked every year.
It provides an opportunity to suppliers to appreciate their customers through various ways, including, but not limited to, special messages, visits, luncheons, etc.
Before sending a happy Customer Service Week message or overture to your customers, it is advisable that you first first make sure your service level is of the kind that evokes happiness in them. Otherwise such a message or overture could easily serve the purpose of an irritant to your customer(s).
