Promises

A few easy rules on promises;

1. Don’t make promises.
2. If you must make promises, ensure you keep them.
3. If you can’t keep your promises ensure you explain why. The explanation must be reasonable.
4. If explaining why is hard for you, refer to (1) above.

These rules help one avoid playing around with people or giving them false hope.
