Unemployment in Most World Countries

One of the reasons why the rate of unemployment is so high in the world;

There are these things you call side hustles🙄. I don’t call them so; I call them side enterprises or businesses.

Now, you open one such business, but because you have other engagements (you) hire someone to be in charge.
That someone, in many cases, decides to eat and really eat (there are a few nice ones, though) and, eventually, either quits or you decide to fire them and close shop.

With the business closed, one job is lost (potentially, many more are lost, assuming the business was to grow).

There are millions of these cases worldwide, which means millions of jobs that would otherwise have been created in the economy at the MSME level, particularly for the young people, are under lock and key of potential local investors.

The need for honesty at the workplace cannot be gainsaid.
