When overtaking you must be at a higher speed than the vehicle you are overtaking, and the lane for oncoming traffic must be clear. I know you know that. So why don’t you observe the same?
Now, as you start to overtake don’t do so when you are too close to the rear of the vehicle that you are overtaking (there has to be reasonable distance between the vehicle you are overtaking and yours – you can’t just ’emerge from the rear’), otherwise you could easily cause an accident.
But again, a lot of you don’t even care.
Try to mind about road safety a bit more.
